Q: Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on one of our courier's websites. The 4-5 characters at the front determine which postal service your item is

We don't have a flat shipping rate. Shipping rates will vary depending on three factors; weight, size and location. You can self-calculate shipping costs by adding the items you're interested in, to your cart and entering your shipping address at che

Our warehouse usually picks and packs orders in 2-5 days, after that, our products will get picked up by a courier. Once the courier collects orders that are ready, delivery is generally 7-10 business days (anywhere in Australia) on top of the initia

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package has been lost or damaged during the shipment process, please contact us as soon as you can! We will work with the shipping courier provided to file a claim and either replace your order or issue a refund.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may be able to change your shipping address. Please contact us promptly to request a change in anything! If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

We offer pickup from our Warehouse located in Milperra which is located 50 minutes from Sydney CBD. Usually, your order will be able to be picked up 24-48 hours after your initial purchase, but please wait for an email regarding your pickup details.

Q: Can I return my X-POLES product if I am not satisfied?

Yes! Customers must inspect our products immediately upon delivery, and contact our X-Pole sales team within 48 hours of delivery time.
