Q: Can I cancel my order?

If you have a problem with a product after the warranty period has expired, please contact us on our X-POLE customer service to discuss your options. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer a repair or replacement for a fee.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, Afterpay, and ApplePay. PayPal, like Afterpay, now offers a 'pay in 4 instalments' that can appease your wallet - so you won't break the bank with a single purchase!
